Professional bike fitter
My approach to bike fitting is tailored to you as an individual, ensuring your position is optimised for comfort, power, and efficiency.
A proper fit goes beyond numbers and measurements. It’s about creating a setup that feels natural and sustainable, so you can enjoy riding more—whether that’s pushing for speed in a race, taking on long-distance adventures, or simply heading out for weekend rides without pain or discomfort. Many issues that riders experience, from numb hands to knee pain, can often be addressed through careful adjustments and a fit that works with your body rather than against it.
What to Expect from a Bike Fit
Your session begins with a detailed assessment of your flexibility, movement, and riding style. From there, I make precise adjustments to your position—covering saddle height, saddle setback, handlebar reach, stack height, and finer details of your overall setup. Throughout the fit, we’ll discuss how each change affects your comfort and performance, so you leave not only with an improved position but also with the knowledge to better understand your riding.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive personalised recommendations and practical advice to support your goals. This may include setup tweaks, equipment suggestions, or solutions to any pain or injury concerns. The result is a position that feels like it was made just for you—balanced, efficient, and built to help you get the most out of every ride.
